Bill Kouligas is a Berlin-based artist, designer and musician. Known as founder of the multidisciplinary platform and record label PAN, which he has curated and art-directed for the past twelve years. Through this past decade he has managed to create an ecosystem that recalibrates perceptions of forward-thinking sound practices.
In his artistic practice Kouligas draws inspiration from diverse sources, traditions, and various subcultures. He adapts those sources and relates them to contemporary life through an evolving experimentation with different media in multidimensional works through sound, visual and performance.
